Hypermotive are passionate about engineering, technology and all things motive. Our team have managed and delivered programs of work from full vehicle electrical system integration, to designing fuel cell systems for major OEM’s.
Adam provides commercial and strategic leadership to Hypermotive.
Adam has over 20 years’ experience in the automotive, motorsport and clean energy sectors, working for companies such as Ricardo, Honda, and TATA. Much of Adam’s automotive experience has been in electric and hybrid powertrain development and fuel cells. Adam is a chartered engineer with an MEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham. He has extensive international experience having managed teams in India, the Czech Republic and China.
Jeremy provides technical leadership to the Hypermotive team and directly manages the engineering team.
Jeremy has 18 years’ experience in the fuel cell, defence, aerospace and telecommunications sectors working for Rolls-Royce, General Electric, Motorola and Intelligent Energy. Starting in control system development, his career has progressed to leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex electrical systems, especially fuel cell systems.
Jeremy is a chartered engineer with a BSc (Hons) in Electronics and Communications from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside. He has extensive international experience having delivered engineering projects in the USA, Japan and Europe. Jeremy is named as the inventor or co-inventor on two international patents relating to automotive fuel cells.
Jon leads the Strategic activities in Hypermotive.
Jonathan Brown is Hypermotive’s Chief Strategy Strategy Officer, responsible for creating, planning, and supporting delivery of the strategy for optimal growth of the business. His remit includes holding other members of the Executive to account, including the CEO, and reflecting on organisational gaps, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Jon holds a BEng(Hons) Engineering degree from Birmingham University and prior to joining Hypermotive had over 25 years of experience leading powertrain technology development and strategic direction, mostly spent at global engineering consultancy Ricardo.
Liz provides programmes and operations management for all Hypermotive’s engineering projects as well as heading up the procurement and quality activities within the business.
Liz has almost ten years’ experience of technical project management within engineering and fuel cell system development, including collaborative, funded projects, as well as previous experience in managing capital equipment installation projects in an electrical test environment. Liz has an MEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath and an Executive MBA from the University of Birmingham. She has significant international experience having worked in China, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic.
Guido manages our European subsidiary GmbH and has a wealth of experience in eMobility and battery systems
Guido Seitz has been working as a qualified engineer in the German automotive and battery industry since 1994. He is a Dipl. Ing. in Mechanical Engineering (TU Darmstadt) and has a Master Degree in Business (FU Berlin). The experience gained, coupled with the founding of successful battery business GS.net in 2008, laid the foundation for today’s success in e-mobility.
