H:FILTER

Hypermotive’s automotive filter solutions solves the issues experienced by vehicle converters, producers and OEMs for vehicle-to-grid compliance.

Electric Vehicles (EVs) are required to comply with both automotive Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) standards and electric grid network standards required due to connection for charging. A common problem is the issues experienced by vehicle producers during compliance testing to commercial standards due to the Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) emissions generated from the vehicle high power electrical system for example, inverters, heaters, coolers and the charger itself. These are often only detected in a complete system scenario even if all of the individual components are “compliant” and late into the programme.

Hypermotive’s single phase AC and three phase AC power filters are designed in conjunction with experienced test facilities to provide a tuneable unit from which to nullify the EMI problem and ensure vehicle compliance.
